- Supervise and support the maintenance and support staff on site.

- Schedule and oversee service contracts, including essential services and statutory maintenance inspections and certifications.

- Support subcontractor management, including documentation, sign in and out, WHS and insurance currency.

- Carry out regular maintenance inspections of services, plant and equipment.

- Follow up job requests and keep the client informed about any overdue works.

- Review invoices, raise client invoices, maintain the purchase order register and contribute to monthly accruals and budgets.

- Help prepare monthly contract reports and run client meetings.

- Support tendering and the development of scopes of work and subcontract documentation.

- Keep information current in SharePoint in line with the Quality Management System.

- Take part in the after hours on call roster and emergency call outs, and support WHS and environmental compliance.

- Experience in people supervision or team coordination.

- Knowledge of building services and general building maintenance.

- Experience scoping, tendering or managing subcontractors.

- Sound financial and commercial understanding, including budgeting and invoicing.

- Experience working within QA, WHS and environmental systems.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working directly with clients.

- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to change.

- High School Certificate or equivalent.

- Current Driver's Licence.

- Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance.
