Hollywood Private Hospital is seeking Assistants in Nursing to join our casual pool.
About the Role
Working under the direction of Registered and Enrolled Nurses, you will provide high-quality patient care and support across a range of clinical areas. This role offers flexible shifts and the opportunity to contribute to positive patient outcomes within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assisting with patient care, mobility, hygiene, meals, and maintaining a safe clinical environment.
About You
You are a compassionate and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. You have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while adapting to the changing needs of a hospital environment.
You will also have:
- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance or equivalent.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to patient-centred care.
- Ability to work a flexible roster.
- Previous experience as an Assistant in Nursing within a hospital, healthcare or aged care setting is highly regarded.
