Part-Time Sales Representative

What You’ll Do

- Help customers find the right flooring solution and turn opportunities into sales.

- Meet with customers, uncover their needs, and make confident recommendations.

- Build your pipeline, follow up relentlessly, and move opportunities toward the close.

- Ask for the sale and overcome objections with confidence.

- Build relationships that create repeat business, referrals, and new opportunities.

- Own the customer from the first conversation through the sale and follow-up.

- Use your sales skills and product knowledge to sell solutions—not just products or price.

- Consistently hit and exceed your sales goals.

- Keep the showroom ready to impress customers and support the sales process.

- Process orders accurately and help with store operations when needed.

What We’re Looking For

- High school diploma or GED.

- 1–3 years of sales experience

- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.

- Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.
