We’re seeking a passionate and motivated Salon Supervisor to take the lead in our Salon, bringing energy, enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence to every aspect of the operation. As a key part of our Spa & Salon team, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering exceptional guest experiences, inspiring your colleagues and ensuring every visit is welcoming, seamless and memorable.
From overseeing daily operations and motivating the team to championing service standards and creating those extra-special VIP moments, you’ll play an important role in bringing our Salon to life. Reporting and working closely with the Spa Manager, you’ll help drive team performance, training, rostering and operational goals, while ensuring the Salon environment reflects the highest standards of professionalism, care and attention to detail. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Create unforgettable guest experiences – Inspire your team to deliver exceptional, personalised spa experiences, build genuine guest connections and consistently exceed expectations.
- Lead, motivate and support development of your team –Provide hands-on leadership, support and guidance, encourage a positive team culture, identify training opportunities and ensure the team delivers service excellence.
- Oversee daily Salon operations – Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Salon, maintaining high standards of service, presentation and professionalism, while managing rosters, bookings and daily operations.
- Drive business performance – Work alongside the Spa Manager to achieve revenue targets, maximise sales opportunities, manage budgets, control expenses and oversee stock levels and inventory.
- Champion quality and continuous improvement –Maintain exceptional standards across all treatments, products, facilities and equipment, ensuring all services are delivered in line with operating procedures and brand standards.
- Bring the Spa & Salon experience to life –Stay across treatments, packages and retail offerings, confidently promote services, encourage rebooking and upselling, and work collaboratively with other departments to deliver an outstanding overall guest experience.
Base rate $37.56 + penalties + loading

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Fully qualified, confident and competent in all aspects of hairdressing, including upstyles.
- Excellent time management skills & ability to adapt & personalise treatments to guest's concerns
- Use initiative and proactive and positive attitude to assist team members to ensure operations run smoothly
- Experience as a Salon Manager is highly desirable or in a similar position
- Must be up to date with current fashions and styling
- Excellent attention to detail, as well as impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and great problem solving skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills and proven track record in retail sales
- High degree of communication and listening skills
