Team Lead, Quality Assurance – Infor Pathway
- Lead and develop the quality assurance team supporting the Infor Pathway product, ensuring each member is positioned to maximize their contribution.
- Own the QA process for the product, including test planning, execution, automation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Serve as the primary liaison between QA analysts, the Product Director, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality standards, priorities, and deliverables.
- Continuously assess and improve QA processes, leveraging comparative advantage and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and principled entrepreneurship.
- Ensure product releases meet agreed-upon quality standards and support business goals and customer needs.
- Deliver thorough, reliable testing outcomes that enable the product team to achieve business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and innovative team environment aligned with Infor’s values.
- Proactively identify and address risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement in product quality.
- Demonstrate stewardship of resources and support the professional growth of team members.
- Maintain clear, open communication with the Product Director and other stakeholders.
