A Metal Coordinator (or Steel and Metal Trading/Fabrication Coordinator) in the joinery and architectural hardware industry.

- Coordinate between clients, sales teams, design engineers, production, and site installation team.

- Planning and Scheduling: Create timelines, set deadlines, organize calendars, and track daily progress toward goals

- Track material submittals, shop drawings, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.

- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality compliance (QA/QC) for structural steel, architectural metal, or cladding works

- Maintain accurate records, contracts, logs, and status reports for managers and stakeholders.

- Focuses on daily task tracking, team updates, and supporting project managers.
