Our construction client is looking for Senior Test Analyst on contract basis to join their team.
They are open for both Melbourne & Sydney people.
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join the PayTAM Program in Melbourne/Sydney.
This is an exciting opportunity for a testing professional with strong experience across Payroll and Time & Attendance, with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
You will work closely with business, technology and delivery teams to plan and execute testing across payroll and time-related systems, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and meet business and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Strong experience as a Senior Test Analyst / Test Analyst within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience testing Payroll and Time & Attendance solutions.
- Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, including payroll calculations, employee master data and payroll-related integrations.
Essential Skills & Experience: - Strong experience as a Senior Test Analyst / Test Analyst within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience testing Payroll and Time & Attendance solutions.
- Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, including payroll calculations, employee master data and payroll-related integrations.
- Experience designing and executing end-to-end, integration, functional and regression testing.
- Strong experience in test planning, test case development, execution and defect management.
- Experience working across complex system integrations and interfaces.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a large program environment.
