We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented recruiter to join our financial services clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and extending job offers. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Building and nurturing relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and streamline hiring processes.
- Partnering with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and define clear selection criteria.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance our hiring processes.
- Participating in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
