Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role within the marketing team, providing day-to-day support across digital marketing initiatives with a particular focus on website management, SEO, and local search. This role helps ensure SkinSpirit’s digital presence is accurate, optimized, and aligned with broader marketing objectives. The Digital Marketing Coordinator works cross-functionally with both internal and external partners to execute digital initiatives, manage website and local updates, and support ongoing performance optimization.Website & Digital Marketing
- Manage day-to-day website updates, including provider information, location pages, content, and clinic details.
- Support website enhancements and updates in Webflow.
- Support the website's technical roadmap, including ongoing updates, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate website and digital marketing projects across Marketing, IT, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- Manage project timelines, requirements, and implementation to ensure initiatives are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Provide general support across digital marketing initiatives and identify opportunities to improve the digital customer experience.
SEO & Local Search
- Support SEO/GEO reporting and identify opportunities to improve organic and local search visibility.
- Review and optimize website and blog content for SEO, relevance, and performance.
- Execute on-page SEO and content optimizations in partnership with agency partners.
- Manage Google Business Profiles, including business information, hours, services, and regular posts.
- Manage local listings across Moz, Yelp, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure accurate and consistent clinic information across the website and local digital platforms.
- Support ongoing SEO and local search initiatives across SkinSpirit markets.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website and marketing channel performance, including traffic, conversions, conversion rate, bounce rate, and other key KPIs.
- Compile and maintain regular digital marketing, website, and SEO reporting.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights and optimization opportunities.
- Support the broader marketing team with reporting, analysis, research, and other day-to-day marketing needs.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, website management, SEO, or related fields.
- Strong interest in digital marketing with a willingness to work across a variety of channels and initiatives.
- Basic understanding of SEO, website content optimization, and local search best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, particularly when managing website, provider, and location information.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working with data and using performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Ability to learn new technologies and platforms quickly and work independently to execute recurring digital marketing tasks.
- Experience with website CMS platforms, Webflow, Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Moz, or similar tools is a plus.
