Reporting to the Head of Digital Product, you’ll lead a key product stream within our digital commerce transformation, combining commercial accountability, customer experience and strategic product leadership to deliver sustainable growth.
You’ll influence across the organisation, partnering with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, set priorities and deliver digital enhancements that create genuine value for both our customers and the business.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Owning and evolving the product roadmap and backlog to drive measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
- Leading and prioritising digital initiatives across the end-to-end customer and fulfilment journey.
- Partnering and collaborating across Digital, Technology, Marketing, Loyalty, Fulfilment and Brand teams to align priorities and drive outcomes.
- Acting as the product subject matter expert, leveraging customer insights, market trends and emerging technologies to evolve digital capabilities.
- Leading and inspiring a cross-functional product squad to drive alignment, accountability and high performance.
- Using data, analytics and customer feedback to identify opportunities, measure performance and continuously optimise outcomes.
This role offers the flexibility to be based in Brisbane (Strathpine, preferred location) or Sydney (Rhodes), with a hybrid work model.
About You
We are seeking a collaborative and commercially minded Digital Product Owner who knows how to navigate complex retail environments and bring people together around a shared vision. With a strong understanding of evolving retail customer behaviours, you’re curious about what drives customers and confident using insights to identify pain points and opportunities. An influential communicator, you’re comfortable engaging with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to build alignment, challenge thinking and turn ideas into action.
In addition, you bring:
- Extensive digital product management experience within complex retail environments, spanning eCommerce, fulfilment and omni-channel experiences.
- Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps and backlogs that drive commercial and customer outcomes.
- Strong understanding of retail customer behaviour, using research, data and insights to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Deep knowledge of eCommerce, digital fulfilment and the end-to-end customer journey.
- Strong experience with agile delivery and product ownership practices.
- Confident interpreting product performance and analytics to make data-led decisions and measure success.
