The Assistant Deli Manager is a key leadership role, responsible for supporting the Deli Manager in all aspects of deli operations. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operation of the deli, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise and train deli staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee food preparation, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of food services operation.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid Driver's License.
- General knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
