Our Lindsay Rural depot in Mildura is seeking Local HC Drivers to join the team casually.

What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Safe Always – Demonstrating safe work practices, leading by example and promoting a safe work culture.
- Temperature Sensitive Freight – working with and understanding temperature sensitive freight, ensuring the safe and timely handling.
- Customer Service – Interacting with customers in a professional manner.
- Teamwork & Communication – Working closely with depot teams for the loading, unloading and transportation of freight.
- Good Work Ethic – Reliable, supportive and the ability to have a go!
- Quality Checks & Control – Completing relevant pre-start checklists, safety documentation and delivery of paperwork.
During Off Peak Season and as required:
- Warehouse and forklift duties when driving duties are not required.
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory management
- General day-to-day branch duties and warehouse work
- Helping customers and supporting the team as needed
What You’ll Bring:
- Current HC licence
- Forklift License
- Proven commercial driving experience
- Refrigerated or cold-chain experience is helpful, but not essential
- A safe driving record (current driving history report required)
- A strong focus on safety and doing the job properly
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, on time and take pride in your vehicle and your work
