Project Manager – In-Building DAS

Location: Dallas, TX

Our client is expanding its U.S. wireless infrastructure capabilities and is seeking a Project Manager to take ownership of high-visibility in-building connectivity projects. This is an opportunity to become a trusted local leader within a growing operation, working directly with customers, technical specialists, integration partners, carriers, and vendors to keep sophisticated DAS initiatives moving forward. The right person will combine strong project leadership and customer presence with enough technical fluency to recognize risks, ask the right questions, and bring the right experts together.

This Role Offers:

- Competitive base compensation with a meaningful performance-based bonus opportunity.

- A highly visible position with substantial ownership and direct customer interaction.

- Opportunity to join a growing U.S. operation and take on broader responsibility as the business expands.

- Exposure to complex in-building wireless projects involving leading enterprise organizations and industry partners.

- A collaborative environment where practical experience, initiative, and sound judgment are valued over credentials alone.

Focus:

- Own customer communication and project coordination from kickoff through closeout, keeping commitments, decisions, dependencies, and next steps visible to all parties.

- Coordinate integration partners, vendors, technical specialists, and customer teams, creating clear accountability for deliverables and deadlines.

- Build practical project plans and maintain momentum across schedules, site access, approvals, materials, documentation, testing, and handoff activities.

- Lead project meetings with confidence, capture decisions and action items, and follow through until issues are resolved.

- Monitor delivery quality, safety expectations, project risk, scope changes, and commercial impacts, escalating concerns early and constructively.

- Use working knowledge of DAS and wireless infrastructure to identify potential issues, ask informed questions, and engage technical experts when deeper expertise is required.

- Support multiple projects and emerging opportunities as the U.S. operation grows, including travel to project sites when needed.

Skill Set:

- Approximately 5 or more years of relevant project management experience preferred, with the depth and relevance of experience valued over a strict years requirement.

- Demonstrated success owning customer-facing technical projects and coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders with limited oversight.

- Relevant exposure to DAS, wireless, telecommunications, network infrastructure, or comparable technical infrastructure environments.

- Strong communication, organization, initiative, relationship management, and follow-through in a customer-facing environment.

- Ability to independently manage competing priorities, coordinate several stakeholders, and hold partners accountable for agreed actions.

- Enough technical fluency to recognize delivery concerns, understand dependencies, and know when to involve engineering or other subject matter experts.

- Experience working with carriers, neutral-host providers, integration partners, enterprise customers, or complex building environments is advantageous.
