You’ll join a collaborative team working across a fast-moving and highly matrixed division. This senior role offers the opportunity to influence the strategic Technology people agenda, lead significant organisational and cultural transformation, and ensure the business has the leadership capability, talent and operating model needed for the future.

More about the roleAs Senior People Partner – Technology, you’ll partner Directors and Senior Leadership Team stakeholders as a trusted adviser, translating business priorities into targeted people strategies and plans. You’ll also set priorities for the areas you support and lead a People Partner to deliver an aligned and effective service.

Day to day, you’ll lead strategic workforce planning, organisational design and complex change, ensuring transformation is embedded through leadership, culture and sustained behaviour change, all whilst managing senior-level cyclical HR activities. You’ll coach and challenge senior leaders to strengthen performance, accountability, inclusion and engagement, while mobilising specialist expertise across our Centres of Expertise. You are comfortable setting direction, making considered recommendations and balancing long-term organisational needs with immediate delivery.

You build trusted relationships while providing constructive challenge and holding leaders to account. You can lead through ambiguity, influence across a matrix and bring together stakeholders with different priorities.
