Spire Fylde Coast Hospital is recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join its experienced Theatre administration team on a Part time Basis 22.5 hours.
Contract Type: Perm- Part time
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carrying out administrative duties such as printing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies.
- Maintaining computer and manual filing systems.
- Relying to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.
- Greeting and assisting visitors to the department.
- Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues.
- Assist theatre team in sourcing stock as needed.
- Rescheduling theatre lists and printing the theatre lists daily.
Who we're looking for:
- Experience of face-to-face customer/patient interaction
- Has excellent Administration skills using different databases and systems (training will be given)
- Exceptional phone manner
- Having previous medical knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
- Enthusiastic and energetic professional
