HR Manager

We are supporting a growing organisation in Dubai in the appointment of an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the company's HR function.
This is a hands-on role suited to an HR professional who is comfortable taking ownership of the full employee lifecycle, strengthening HR processes and systems, and working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective execution of HR policies and processes.
- Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and best practices.
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance to management and employees on HR matters.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with UAE employment legislation and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Manage and improve HR systems, processes and reporting.
- Support compensation, benefits, payroll and employee lifecycle activities.
- Partner with senior management on people-related matters and organisational requirements.
- Lead and develop a small HR team of three direct reports.
- Promote a professional, accountable and high-performance workplace culture.
Requirements
- 8–15+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong experience at HR Manager / HRBP / HR Lead level.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, policies and best practices.
- Solid UAE HR experience and knowledge of UAE employment regulations.
- Proven experience managing multiple areas of HR rather than specialising in a single HR discipline.
- Experience leading a team and working independently in a lean or entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
- Confident personality with the ability to engage effectively with senior management.
- International / multinational experience is advantageous.
- French or Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
