- Assist the supervisor in planning work

- Determine job procedure and training requirements

- Arrange for required tools, parts, and supplies

- Plan, organize, and coordinate with warehouse personnel and warehouse supervisor as required

- Inspect and coordinate the work performed by warehouse personnel

- Communicate and coordinate with warehouse personnel and warehouse supervisor as required

- Instruct/train warehouse personnel in performance of their duties

- High School graduate or equivalent

- Be self-motivated and demonstrate a positive attitude

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Product knowledge

Preferred:

- Previous leadership responsibility

- Ability to work with others

- Good computer skills

- Working knowledge of main frame system and reports
