Manage complex stakeholder dynamics, acting as a trusted advisor to restaurant partners while aligning internal teams across Sales, Ops, and Product to unblock growth.
-
Drive merchant revenue and value by aggressively advocating for product adoption and marketing initiatives, even when faced with client objections or pricing pushback.
-
Design and audit scalable account management processes, identifying what’s slowing the team down and implementing repeatable playbooks to improve retention.
-
Own the commercial performance of your region, taking full accountability for business metrics and the long-term sustainability of partner relationships.
