About the role

We are here to create great healthcare products. That’s at our very core, but it’s the people who make companies great, not the other way around. We spend more time with our co-workers than anyone else in our lives. Being part of an exceptional team is not only important for your personal mindfulness but key for your professional progression.

We’re growing in DACH, starting with Germany, and looking for a Founding Marketer to build our marketing there from the ground up. You’ll split your time between marketing in Germany and our global marketing team, so you’ll learn how a local market works and how a global brand is run.

Reporting directly to our VP Marketing, you’ll work across every part of marketing: product marketing, strategy, events, operations, social media, content and more. You’ll also partner with the VP Marketing on special projects, which means seeing up close how marketing decisions get made.

This is a very fast paced and high-responsibility role for an early-career marketer with 1-2 years of experience. Your ownership will grow as fast as you do, and once you find the area you love, there’s a path to specialise in it. You’ll work closely with our whole GTM and Customer Success teams! 🚀

Your key responsibilitiesAs our first marketer in Germany, you’ll work directly with our VP Marketing to shape how we do things and bring your own ideas to the table. You’ll work mostly on the German market but spend a good portion of time on global marketing.

- Own go-to-market in DACH. Take the global GTM strategy and localise it for DACH, starting with Germany. Make sure we target the right people, at the right time, in the right places, and we share our best messages.

- Grow awareness and pipeline. Run the campaigns that get German clinics talking to us, combining organic social content in German, events, product marketing and more. Track what works, double down on it, and drop what doesn’t.

- Partner with sales to win deals. Work closely with our GTM team, especially sales, to drive deals through to completion with the campaigns, events and materials that help clinics decide. Bring what you learn from deals won and lost back into our global marketing strategy.

- Be the voice of DACH clinics. Spend time with customers and our sales and Customer Success teams to understand what clinics need. Turn it into messaging, sales materials and launches that land locally, and share what you hear with Product.

- Work on global marketing. Lead on global launches, events, campaigns and content with the wider marketing team, and share what works in Germany.

- Take on special projects with the VP Marketing. Work directly with the VP Marketing on high-priority projects across the business, and see up close how marketing decisions get made.

What will help you to be successful in this role?Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes:

- 1-2 years in a B2B or B2C marketing role

- Native-level German speaker

- Fluent English, written and spoken

- A proactive self-starter who spots what needs doing and gets it done without waiting to be asked

- Keen to learn fast and deliver high-quality work at pace

- Excited by high responsibility and high ownership early in your career

- Strong organisation; comfortable juggling several projects and deadlines at once

- Confident working with colleagues across teams and countries to get the input you need, on time

- Happy to travel to trade shows and events in Germany, plus occasional international trips

- Fluent with AI tools

What’s in it for you?At Nordhealth, we do things a little bit differently. We value continuous improvement, diverse teams and autonomy which drive our collaboration. Our global healthcare domain is rapidly developing and we are seeking colleagues who enjoy working in this type of environment. 🌎
