ABOUT THE ROLE
Own content marketing for the German-speaking market at a fast-growing B2B software company focused on AI-powered business communications. You will shape the brand voice across the customer journey and help businesses understand and trust AI-driven phone solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own content marketing strategy and execution for the German-speaking market.
- Define brand voice across the customer journey and manage website and landing page copy.
- Write conversion-focused copy for paid marketing channels.
- Script ad creatives for YouTube and paid social platforms.
- Develop and execute organic content strategies across social platforms.
- Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic content.
- Use user research, A/B testing, and performance insights to improve messaging.
- Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or another fast-growing software environment.
- Native-level German proficiency and outstanding German marketing writing skills, plus fluent English.
- Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused copywriting.
- Experience with A/B testing, performance analysis, and scripting ads for YouTube and paid social.
- Experience developing organic social content and collaborating with creators, customers, or influencers.
- Ability to contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging.
- Experience with AI products, voice technology, user research, or SEO is beneficial.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: €65,000 to €85,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site in Vienna, Austria.
