What else we look for:

- Experience with 3D modeling software; content development and/or game or simulation experience is a plus.

- You enjoy coding and growing your expertise, and you’re up for the challenge of working with a complex product.

- A genuine technical interest in simulation and the ability to understand end-user needs.

- You’re self-motivated and enjoy working in a cross-functional team.

- Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

- A problem-solving, results-oriented mindset.

- Comfort with modern AI coding tools and agentic development workflows, applied pragmatically to build, test, and improve software.

- An interest in or knowledge of healthcare or life sciences is a bonus.

Above all, we’re looking for someone who wants to contribute to meaningful change in healthcare and make a real impact on the company’s future. The company takes great pride in its products, services, and customers, and looks for people who share those values.

You’ll join a team of talented, ambitious people in a culture built on trust, empowerment, teamwork, integrity, and care, where everyone’s development is supported.
