- Proactively identify and escalate risks, blockers, and scope changes before they affect delivery.
Brand Marketing & Creative Fluency
- Manage packaging artwork timelines, with a working understanding of dielines, print production stages, approvals, and vendor handoffs.
- Manage PDP (Product Detail Page) asset timelines across retailer and DTC channels, keeping deliverables on spec and on schedule.
- Track deliverables across 360 campaigns - video, photography, digital, social, retail, and print - so every asset is accounted for and delivered on time.
- Partner with Creative and Production leads to keep a clear view of asset status and delivery across all active projects.
PM Team Leadership
- Coach PM team peers by modeling best-in-class project management and offering day-to-day guidance on execution challenges.
- Be the PM team’s go-to for how to run a brief, manage a timeline, or work through a cross-functional conflict.
- Step in as PM lead for the team when needed, keeping all active projects moving.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of project management experience within a brand marketing, in-house creative, or agency environment - consumer goods or CPG brand experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of how brand marketing and creative projects come together, including 360 campaigns, packaging artwork, and PDP assets.
- Expert-level proficiency in Wrike or a comparable PM platform, including building complex, multi-workstream project plans.
