Could your HR experience add value around a different kind of table?We’re looking for experienced HR professionals to join the HR Advisory Board of a faith-based organisation as independent external members.
It’s an opportunity to use your experience to provide independent perspective, constructive challenge and strategic HR insight, contributing to areas such as employment practice, pay and reward, organisational culture, inclusion, wellbeing and people-related risk.
We’d particularly like to hear from people with experience across the public, university, charity, third or faith-based sectors, although we’re deliberately looking for a range of backgrounds and perspectives.
You don’t need to meet every criteria. Relevant experience, good judgement and the ability to contribute constructively are what matter.
The Board meets quarterly, generally on a hybrid basis. These are non-remunerated positions, with reasonable expenses reimbursed.
