ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an AI construction technology team to bring practical general contracting project management expertise to the development of 4D scheduling capabilities. You will help shape tools that connect 3D models with construction timelines and planning data, grounded in how complex projects are actually delivered.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Help design 4D scheduling workflows that combine 3D models, schedules, and project planning information.
- Guide product and engineering decisions with hands-on experience planning and executing construction projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings as part of day-to-day work.
- Collaborate with engineers on AI and technical product development without needing to write code.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Eight or more years of construction project management experience, including both planning and field execution.
- Experience managing complex projects or project managers end to end, ideally across multiple projects in the United States.
- Background with a general contractor, with experience beyond field-only or superintendent roles.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings.
- Familiarity with construction project management tools, 3D modeling or BIM software, and 4D scheduling concepts.
- Interest in AI systems; prior AI experience is not required.
- Civil engineering or construction management background is relevant.
- Must be located in the United States and eligible to work without visa sponsorship.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $140,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
Hybrid in San Francisco, California, with in-person team collaboration approximately one week per month.
