Bring your deal experience, commercial judgement and leadership capability to high-impact transactions. As an Associate Director / Senior Manager in our Transaction Services, Deals team, you’ll combine financial due diligence expertise, digital fluency and commercial insight to help clients make confident decisions at critical moments. Working with Private Equity, infrastructure investors and leading corporates across diverse sectors, you’ll turn complex financial analysis into clear insights and actionable recommendations that shape transaction outcomes.

What you’ll do
- Lead and deliver complex, commercially focused financial due diligence, producing high-quality insights that support major transactions and maximise value for clients
- Oversee buy-side and sell-side engagements, analysing financial performance, key value drivers and risks to inform critical deal decisions
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
- Build deep sector and client understanding, equipping clients with data-driven insights that accelerate deal outcomes
- Leverage PwC’s advanced tools, including AI and analytics, to enhance delivery, elevate the client experience and build digital capability
- Lead, coach and develop junior team members, fostering an inclusive, high-performing team environment
- Contribute to the growth of our Transaction Services practice, using your commercial acumen and leadership to drive impact across the deals lifecycle
What we’re looking for
- Experience partnering with leading private equity, corporate and infrastructure investors on complex, high‑profile transactions
- Proven background in transaction services, assurance (e.g. external audit), corporate finance or valuations, with a strong grounding in deal or financial advisory
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent engagements, prioritising effectively and delivering to tight deadlines
- Strong capability in leveraging digital tools and emerging technologies to enhance financial analysis and insight
- Skilled at distilling complex financial information into clear, commercially relevant insights that drive confident decisions for clients, stakeholders and team members
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret market trends, assess business opportunities and provide strategic, value‑adding advice
- Collaborative team player who acts with integrity and genuinely cares for the people they work with and support
- Track record of building and maintaining trusted, long‑term relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders
- Professional accounting qualification and/or relevant tertiary degree (e.g. Commerce, Finance, CA/CPA, CFA, Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance or Applied Finance)
