- Gather requirements and support the design and testing of new integrations and application upgrades.

- Maintain technical documentation, interface inventories, and support procedures.

- Support application security, access, and change-control practices related to integrations.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

- Lead small- to mid-size IT and systems projects, including integrations, ERP enhancements, reporting initiatives, and system upgrades.

- Define scope, requirements, timelines, budgets, and deliverables; maintain project plans, risk and issue logs, and status reports.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors or consultants.

- Facilitate requirements sessions, user acceptance testing, cutover planning, training, and post-go-live support.

- Apply consistent project and change management practices and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

REQUIRED:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- 3–5+ years of experience in data integration, reporting, ERP support, or a related IT role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, views, stored procedures, performance tuning).

- Working knowledge of XML (and related formats such as XSD/XSLT, JSON) for data exchange and transformation.
