ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a team building software infrastructure that helps organizations improve the reliability of AI agents in production. This backend-leaning, full-stack role combines hands-on product engineering with customer insight to shape agent investigation, evaluation, and debugging workflows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build product experiences for agent investigation, evaluation workflows, trajectory debugging, verification, and replay.

- Work with customers to understand agent failures, define product solutions, and iterate on shipped features.

- Develop APIs, data models, internal systems, and user-facing product surfaces across the stack.

- Build systems that run large-scale investigations across production traces.

- Design platform capabilities such as workspaces, permissions, billing, usage, SDKs, and terminal-first developer tools.

- Collaborate with AI teams building production agents and turn their feedback into product decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2 to 5 years of full-stack product engineering experience, with a backend emphasis.

- Experience shipping user-facing products end-to-end, including frontend work with React or Next.js and backend development.

- Strong skills in TypeScript and React, plus Python or Node.js; familiarity with PostgreSQL is relevant.

- Ability to build polished interfaces, design clean APIs, model data, and debug production issues across the stack.

- Hands-on experience with AI agents, LLM-powered products, or agentic systems, and interest in evaluation, debugging, or developer tools.

- A formal computer science degree or equivalent academic background, with strong software engineering fundamentals.

- Experience working directly with customers and influencing product decisions through engineering work.
