POSITION SUMMARY
Join our team as a Cluster IT Specialist and play a key role in supporting hotel technology operations across multiple properties. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving IT systems, supporting hotel teams, managing technology projects, ensuring compliance with security standards, and providing technical support to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain hotel technology infrastructure, networks, servers, and systems.
- Manage IT projects, upgrades, maintenance, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
- Partner with hotel leadership and technology vendors to deliver effective IT solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Marriott technology, security, and PCI standards.
- Provide end-user support and act as an escalation point for technical issues.
- Support internet services and technology requirements for hotel guests and events.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in IT support, systems administration, or hospitality technology.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, LAN networks, desktop management, and Microsoft Office/Outlook.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Hospitality industry experience is highly regarded.
