The Person We're Looking For:
- We're looking for someone who can move quickly, make good decisions, and keep the candidate pipeline moving forward.
- You know how to recognize a strong candidate on paper, but you also know that a resume doesn't tell the whole story.
- You're comfortable picking up the phone, conducting an initial screen, asking the right questions, and determining whether a candidate should move forward.
- You don't let candidates sit in your inbox for days. You follow up. You communicate. You keep your Recruiters informed. And when a position isn't generating enough qualified applicants, you assist with passive outreach to build candidate pipelines in more creative ways.
- The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, proactive, and comfortable working at a high pace.
What Success Looks Like:
- Qualified candidates are identified quickly from large applicant pools.

- Candidates move efficiently through the initial stages of the recruiting process.
