Our client, a rapidly growing private cloud company at the forefront of real-time analytics, data warehousing and AI workloads, has exclusively engaged Solutus Legal Search to recruit a Senior Counsel to support its expanding EMEA business.
Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, this is an individual contributor role within the company’s EMEA commercial legal team. This attorney will independently lead complex, high-value transactions across the region, serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership and work closely with legal colleagues on regional priorities. The role calls for strong negotiating skills, sound commercial judgement and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through challenging deal decisions.
