Position Summary:
As the Facility Manager, you will oversee the daily mechanical functions, maintenance, and logistics of our Coppell, Texas facility. This position plays a key role in supporting product demos, events, and internal team operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with facility management experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to operate a forklift when needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall functionality, safety, and cleanliness of the facility, including showrooms, demo kitchens, test kitchens, meeting spaces, and warehouse areas.
- Coordinate general repairs, HVAC maintenance, cleaning services, lighting, plumbing, and other essential systems.
- Maintain facility readiness for client visits, product demonstrations, and corporate events.
- Operate a forklift to assist with receiving, moving, and storing equipment and supplies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility alarm systems, including monitoring alerts, coordinating responses, and managing vendor communication.
- Oversee timely troubleshooting and repair of machinery and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery is in safe working order. Quickly address work orders, especially relating to safety concerns.
- Maintain and manage an inventory of spare parts to ensure critical equipment availability.
- Oversee vendors and contractors, ensuring all work is completed to company standards and within compliance guidelines.
- Manage facility-related budgets and inventory for supplies, tools, and materials.
- Support logistical needs for events and demonstrations, including setup and teardown.
- Ensure facility compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations through training, inspections, incident reporting, compliance tracking, recordkeeping, and corrective action programs.
- Respond to facility-related emergencies during and after business hours if needed.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
