Finance Business Partner

Your Role and ImpactAs a Finance Business Partner, you will provide strategic financial insights, planning, and performance analysis that enable business leaders to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives. Working closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams, you will support informed decision-making, strengthen financial performance management, and identify opportunities to improve profitability, cash flow, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide business and financial analysis to identify important trends and support Operations in achieving its objectives.
- Analyze key performance metrics and deliver insights to leadership on revenue, margins, competitive landscape, products, customers, capital investments, and other business drivers.
- Develop financial models that support analysis, business understanding, and decision-making.
- Recommend potential improvements and identify risks and opportunities related to financial targets.
- Support the standardization of financial performance management, including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and communication of results.
- Partner with site teams to identify and develop actions required to achieve forecast targets.
- Drive processes and initiatives to reduce primary working capital and maximize operating cash flow.
- Provide timely and accurate financial information in compliance with US GAAP and company policies, procedures, and controls.
- Meet reporting deadlines with accurate and complete data.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues, corporate functions, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify actions, execute continuous-improvement projects, and deliver agreed objectives.
- Provide regular updates on financial performance and actions required to achieve objectives.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant finance or accounting experience in an international business environment, ideally within manufacturing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with ERP and planning systems, preferably SAP ERP and SAP BPC or comparable tools.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10–15%.
Preferred Qualifications- Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced education.
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis within a multinational environment.
- German language skills.
