ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a team delivering AI-powered workflow automation to enterprise customers. You will own strategic deployments from initial pilot through production scale, combining commercial leadership, stakeholder management, and execution to help customers transform complex business processes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own enterprise customer relationships and commercial engagements, including scoping, negotiating, and closing complex pilots.
- Understand customer processes, align stakeholders across operations and executive teams, and define success metrics before deployment.
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams, including engineers, through pilots and production launches.
- Manage change, resolve blockers, and keep customer stakeholders aligned in complex environments.
- Identify expansion opportunities and grow accounts from initial pilots to broader deployments.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Typically 3 to 7 years of experience spanning enterprise consulting, customer deployments, enterprise sales, go-to-market, business operations, product management, or founding experience.
- Experience directly managing enterprise relationships, owning commercial targets, and leading complex deployments with measurable customer outcomes.
- Background in top-tier strategy consulting, enterprise software deployment, or enterprise sales with relevant consulting or delivery experience.
- Ability to work with stakeholders from operations through the C-suite, align incentives, and drive organizational change.
- Strong project delivery, commercial judgment, and communication skills, with enough technical fluency to understand AI systems and engage with engineers on implementation.
- Consistent career progression and experience in external-facing or cross-functional work.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $160,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site in San Francisco, California, or New York City, New York. Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to one of these locations.
