Provenir is bringing a new Agentic AI platform to market, initially focused on Fraud & Financial Crime. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, commercially minded Marketing Manager to shape our proposition, lead our go-to-market and build the marketing activity around the launch. Product marketing is at the heart of this role. You’ll define what we take to market, who we target, how we differentiate and how we articulate the value we deliver. You’ll also own the wider marketing activity that turns that positioning into awareness, pipeline and revenue, working with internal teams and external agencies. This is a hands-on, high-ownership position at the intersection of product, technology, marketing and enterprise sales. Our go-to-market will begin with existing Provenir customers before expanding into new-logo enterprise acquisition.
What You’ll Do
Product Marketing & Positioning
- Define positioning, messaging and value propositions, translating complex AI capabilities into clear, outcome-led narratives for enterprise buyers.
- Research the competitive landscape, emerging AI technologies, customer challenges and buyer expectations to shape a differentiated proposition.
- Define target markets, ideal customer profiles, buyer personas and priority use cases, particularly across Fraud & Financial Crime.
- Develop industry- and persona-specific propositions, use cases and sales plays.
- Partner with product leadership to connect market needs, commercial opportunities and product direction.
Go-to-Market & Launch
- Shape and execute the go-to-market strategy and launch plan, from introduction to existing customers through to new enterprise accounts.
- Coordinate launch activity across product, sales, pre-sales, customer success and external agencies.
- Gather customer, competitive and sales feedback to continuously refine positioning, messaging and approach.
Sales Enablement & Content
- Create core pitch decks, executive presentations, solution briefs, use-case narratives, ROI messaging, competitive battlecards and sales collateral.
- Work with product, technical SMEs and pre-sales to keep messaging credible, differentiated and aligned with capabilities.
- Equip sales with the training, tools and insight to run strong discovery sessions, demos and proposals, and support priority enterprise opportunities.
Campaigns, Brand & Market Awareness
- Plan and direct integrated campaigns, including customer and account-based marketing, to drive adoption among existing customers and generate new pipeline.
- Oversee marketing programmes across digital, events, webinars, partners and email, working with internal teams and agencies.
- Work with our external brand agency to establish a differentiated brand, identity and market presence for the platform.
- Develop thought leadership, market insights and customer stories, and lead analyst and industry engagement to build credibility in Agentic AI.
- Own website content and launch assets, and track and report on marketing performance.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in B2B enterprise SaaS product marketing, proposition development or go-to-market, with a track record of launching new products, propositions or brands, ideally in emerging technology markets.
- Exceptional storytelling and content skills, with the ability to turn complex technology into compelling business value.
- Experience with competitive positioning, market research and sales enablement.
- Broad marketing experience across campaigns, events, content and demand generation, with the ability to measure impact on pipeline.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience partnering with enterprise sales teams on complex, consultative opportunities.
- Experience managing external agencies, including brand development.
- Understanding of AI, enterprise software, data or analytics, with the ability to build technical fluency quickly.
- An entrepreneurial, proactive and hands-on mindset, comfortable in a fast-moving environment where the proposition is still evolving.
Nice to have: experience in Agentic AI, Fraud, Financial Crime, Risk or Financial Services technology, particularly taking new solutions to market; familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
