About Rivia
Rivia is a technology company building a data engine that powers the future of clinical trial intelligence. Rivia was founded on the belief that new drugs can be brought to market more successfully with a fraction of today's capital.
Biotechs are the source of most therapeutic innovation, yet clinical development is constantly constrained by fragmented data and outdated tooling. Rivia unifies clinical trial data at scale through a core engine built as a reusable intelligence layer, comprising hundreds of configurations and trial-specific logic, independent of source structure. This vertical stack of data engine, workflows, and agents creates a distinct advantage in how trials are operated.
Over the past two years, European- and US-based biotechs running global clinical trials on Rivia have demonstrated measurable impact, from earlier understanding of therapeutic potential to significantly more efficient trial execution. In March 2026, Rivia raised its $15M Series A led by Earlybird Venture Capital.
Rivia's ambition is to become the standard infrastructure for modern drug development, transforming how trials are executed end-to-end.
The Role
As our Clinical Solutions Consultant, you'll be the bridge between science, technology, and sales, helping biotech and pharma companies understand how Rivia can transform the way they work with clinical trial data.
You'll partner closely with our Account Executives throughout the technical stages of the sales cycle, turning complex scientific and technical challenges into compelling product demonstrations, tailored sandboxes, and solutions that address real customer needs.
This isn't a role where you simply present slides or follow a demo script. You'll need to understand clinical trial workflows, get hands-on with data, challenge assumptions, and translate complex customer requirements into solutions we can actually deliver.
You'll also play an important role in shaping how we approach technical pre-sales at Rivia, building repeatable processes, improving our demo environments, and helping us scale without losing the scientific depth and customer understanding that make us different.
What Excites You
- Bringing science and technology together: You love understanding complex scientific challenges and translating them into practical, impactful solutions.
- Being hands-on: You don't just talk about what a product can do. You enjoy building demos, configuring sandboxes, working with data, and showing customers what's possible.
- Making an impact on revenue: You enjoy being part of the sales process, influencing strategic deals, and helping customers confidently make decisions.
- Solving real customer problems: You're curious about how biotech and pharma companies operate and enjoy finding creative ways to address their challenges.
- Building from the ground up: You get excited about joining a growing company where you can shape processes, improve tools, and help establish how technical pre-sales should work.
- Working across teams: You enjoy collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering, balancing commercial opportunities with technical feasibility.
