ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead high-value expert delivery projects for clients in the AI sector, owning work from initial planning through fulfillment. This client-facing role combines project delivery, expert recruitment, and operational problem-solving in a fast-paced marketplace environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage several expert delivery projects at once across human data and market research.
- Keep clients informed, advise on project requirements, and confidently address screening and feasibility questions.
- Recruit and reactivate experts from an internal talent panel to meet project needs.
- Identify delivery bottlenecks and partner with engineering on product and process improvements.
- Build client relationships and grow accounts through reliable project fulfillment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Recent graduate or 0 to 2 years of experience in consulting, project delivery, operations, or a high-growth startup environment.
- Experience owning projects end to end, including client communication, expert recruiting, and fulfillment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to hold your ground with enterprise stakeholders.
- A proactive, resourceful approach to identifying problems and proposing solutions without waiting for direction.
- Comfort with hands-on recruiting and working across ambiguous, high-intensity projects.
- A bachelor's degree from a highly regarded U.S. university or 1 to 2 years of experience at a high-growth startup.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $120,000 to $160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site in San Francisco, California, five days per week. The role requires being based in or relocating to San Francisco.
