Your Mission
You will help shape the next generation of digital products by designing and developing scalable web applications, digital services, platform capabilities, and AI-powered solutions. From architecture and software engineering to user experience and system integration, you will contribute to products used across the Bosch Group.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and operate modern web platforms, digital services, and software products
- Build scalable frontend and backend applications using modern technologies and engineering practices
- Develop reusable, responsive, and accessible user interfaces
- Design modular, distributed, non-blocking, and event-driven system architectures
- Develop AI-powered features, applications, and Agentic AI capabilities
- Build intelligent workflows and automation solutions that create measurable value for users
- Develop dashboards, workflow applications, and intuitive user experiences
- Develop APIs and integration layers for internal and external systems
- Integrate databases, message-driven systems, cloud services, and AI capabilities
- Design and optimize data models, search capabilities, and retrieval solutions
- Implement reliable state management, observability, logging, and error handling
- Ensure performance, scalability, maintainability, security, and software quality
- Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, designers, and AI specialists
- Contribute to architecture decisions, technical concepts, code reviews, and continuous product improvement
Your Profile
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
- Experience building and operating production-grade web applications and digital platforms
- Strong expertise in frontend and backend development
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures
- Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience with cloud-native technologies and modern software engineering practices
- Experience with AI-powered applications, intelligent workflows, or LLM-based solutions is a plus
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and software quality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong documentation habits and experience working in distributed teams
- Independent, structured, and responsible working style
- Fluent English; German is a plus
Technology Landscape
You will work with a modern technology landscape that includes technologies such as:
- TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern UI frameworks
- Node.js, Python, REST APIs, GraphQL, oRPC, and modern integration patterns
- PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenSearch, and event-driven architectures
- NATS and asynchronous communication patterns
- Docker, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure, and Infrastructure as Code
- Microsoft AI Foundry, LLM technologies, and intelligent automation solutions
Engineering & Collaboration
- Strong engineering mindset with a focus on maintainability, documentation, code reviews, and continuous improvement
- Ability to balance long-term architecture with pragmatic delivery
- Experience working effectively in collaborative and distributed teams
Education
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable field
