We are looking for ambitious students from business, economics, and social science backgrounds to join our highly valued student team. As a junior consultant, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals and clients from the very beginning.
You’ll tackle real client challenges across our diverse industries—helping deliver business transformations, develop operating models, analyse markets, and support strategy design and execution. You’ll collaborate closely with seasoned consultants but also take ownership of your own analyses, deliverables, and responsibilities. This hands-on experience offers a unique opportunity to accelerate your professional and personal growth.
As a junior consultant, you will be involved in many different types of tasks such as:
- Delivering client projects together with a team of experienced consultants.
- Knowledge gathering and analysis work for both internal and external projects.
- Preparing and participating in client interviews, meetings and workshops.
- Participating in long-term internal projects developing new business concepts and strategies.
- Taking ownership of defined workstreams and analyses as part of larger client projects.
- Contributing to proposals and business development across PA's different sectors and capabilities
You will be challenged from the beginning, but you will not be expected to know everything from day one. You will get to work both independently and in teams within a flexible working environment with a deep understanding of your studies. As a student, you will be part of a professional workplace while also having the opportunity to join weekly social activities.

Your employment starts with a thorough introduction to PA and consulting. From day one, you will also have a dedicated manager and buddy to support your development and help you pursue the areas and projects that match your interests.
- You are in the last year of your bachelor’s degree or the first year of your master's degree.
- You are studying business administration, economics, finance, political science, public administration or another relevant business or social science discipline.
- You are methodically and analytically strong and have the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with and solve complex problems.
- You are among the most talented in your year.
- You are ambitious, enthusiastic, and focused on delivering the best results.
You have good interpersonal and communication skills, and you are fluent in English, both in writing and speech.
