Food & Beverage Supervisor

Newport Hospitality Group · Columbus, OH

No two days in hotel food and beverage are exactly the same. One morning, you may be helping your team prepare for breakfast service, checking inventory, or making sure the restaurant is ready to welcome guests. Later in the day, you could be coordinating a banquet setup, preparing for the evening social, or working alongside your bartenders and servers to keep service running smoothly.

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll help oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, evening social, and banquet functions. You'll work closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to lead your team, maintain quality and service standards, manage costs, and create a welcoming experience for every guest. This is a hands-on position where you'll be just as comfortable coaching your team as you are stepping in to serve guests, assist with an event, or help wherever needed.

At Newport Hospitality Group, Living Hospitality means taking pride in the little things, supporting one another, and creating experiences that make guests feel genuinely welcome.

What You'll Own
