We're looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology function and help support a geographically dispersed workforce across offices, project sites and field operations throughout Australia.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape our technology roadmap while remaining actively involved in operational delivery, cybersecurity, Microsoft platforms, vendor management and user support.
About the RoleReporting to the CFO, you will lead Ecosure's IT function and be responsible for ensuring our technology environment is secure, reliable, scalable and aligned with business needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering Ecosure's IT strategy and roadmap
- Managing Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Teams and SharePoint environments
- Leading cybersecurity initiatives, risk management and incident response activities
- Managing IT vendors, software licensing, contracts and technology budgets
- Driving service delivery improvements and user experience outcomes
- Leading technology projects and digital transformation initiatives
- Supporting information governance, business continuity and disaster recovery planning
- Leading and developing our IT Support Technician and future IT team capability
About YouYou are an experienced technology professional who combines strategic thinking with practical execution.
You'll bring:
- 3-5+ years' experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration or technology operations
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure administration expertise
- Experience managing cybersecurity programs and security providers
- Demonstrated leadership of people, vendors and technology projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills
- Excellent troubleshooting, prioritisation and communication abilities
Highly regarded:
- Microsoft, ITIL or cybersecurity certifications
- Experience within a multi-site or field-based workforce
- Knowledge of Power Platform, automation and AI-enabled business tools
- Experience with NetSuite, Employment Hero or ESRI platforms
