Clubhouse Manager
The Clubhouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily clubhouse operations, amenities, staff, resident programs, and events while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This position will be Monday - Friday 6am-2pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage clubhouse operations and supervise staff, ensuring excellent customer service and professionalism.
- Conduct daily facility inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
- Ensure clubhouse amenities, equipment, pool operations, and common areas are clean, safe, and fully functional.
- Welcome new residents and assist with resident inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate party room rentals, including contracts, inspections, and deposit refunds.
- Plan, organize, promote, and attend resident events, with a minimum of three community events per month.
- Maintain event inventory and purchase supplies as needed.
- Recruit, interview, train, schedule, and supervise clubhouse employees.
- Prepare employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing during operating hours.
- Create and distribute the monthly newsletter and maintain community bulletin boards.
- Enforce clubhouse rules and safety procedures in a professional manner.
- Build positive relationships with residents, staff, and local emergency services.
- Provide weekly status updates to management and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Customer service and event planning experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
- Proficient in basic computer programs, email, and administrative tasks.
