Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and guest-focused Resident Wellness Specialist who embodies Aman’s philosophy of calm, presence and personalised care to join Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Spa Manager, this seasonal full-time role acts as a wellness advisor and concierge, delivering tailored wellness consultations and curating bespoke spa, fitness and holistic journeys for our guests. The position plays a pivotal role in enhancing guest engagement while driving Spa and Wellness revenue through thoughtful, personalised recommendations aligned with Aman’s standards.
Responsibilities
Wellness Consultation and Personalised Journey Design
- Conduct one-to-one wellness consultations to understand each guest’s lifestyle, preferences and wellbeing goals.
- Assess individual priorities including relaxation, recovery, sleep, mobility, fitness and stress management.
- Design personalised wellness itineraries using Amanzoe’s Spa and Fitness offerings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of guest health questionnaires and consultation records.
- Follow up with guests throughout their stay to refine and optimise their wellness journey.
- Ensure all services reflect Aman’s Wellness philosophy and standards.
Spa and Wellness Engagement
- Confidently present and recommend Spa, Wellness and Fitness services.
- Drive Spa and Wellness revenue through personalised and service-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Spa team and other departments to convert consultations into confirmed bookings.
- Promote signature treatments, retreats, wellness programs and visiting specialist offerings.
- Contribute to the development of curated wellness experiences aligned with guest interests.
Product Expertise and Collaboration
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Spa treatments, movement sessions, recovery therapies and wellness programs.
- Clearly communicate benefits and suitability of each offering without creating unrealistic expectations.
- Ensure seamless guest flow from consultation to treatment delivery.
- Provide feedback and insights to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Support internal training initiatives across relevant departments when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a related wellness role.
- Background in traditional or holistic medicine; a degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience within luxury hospitality or high-end wellness environments.
- Strong knowledge of holistic health practices, including fitness, mindfulness and lifestyle wellbeing.
- Proven experience conducting wellness consultations and creating personalised programs.
- Strong commercial awareness with a guest-focused approach to revenue generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with international guests.
- Fluent English is mandatory. Additional languages are an advantage.
- You must have the legal right to work in Greece.
