What you'll do...
The Senior Specialist, Membership will put strategies in place that position Michigan Central as a platform where others come to succeed. This role will be responsible for the report out of monthly revenue targets, variance, and documenting other value that the members bring to Michigan Central outside of financial.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned business lead who can direct a team but can also use their influence to bring together teams not under the purview for collaboration. This person can have hard conversations and make tradeoffs daily between member fit and revenue. This role has to balance strategy with doing and will need to dig into existing programs, understand the nuances, and then build the next steps with operational excellence. This leader will have a background in technology so that they can understand the member needs and make appropriate connections when needed.
