- Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce solutions across different business domains.
- Participate in projects related to process automation, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Provide functional expertise and support to end users.
- Collaborate with international teams and external partners.
- Contribute to best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile
- 3 to 9 years of experience working with Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and business processes.
- Experience interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in Dutch and comfortable communicating in English.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Salesforce certifications are considered a plus.
