This role offers a unique opportunity to support end-to-end automation and digital transformation initiatives, from process discovery and requirements gathering through implementation and value realization, while helping drive the adoption of technologies that deliver measurable business value.
What You Will Do
- Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities for process automation, digital solutions, and AI adoption across Finance operations.
- Lead business analysis activities for transformation initiatives, including requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and implementation support.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and develop solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, Compliance, Controls, developers, and external partners to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support end-to-end process transformation projects, helping redesign ways of working and improving operational performance across Operations processes.
- Analyze process and operational data to identify opportunities, build business cases, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously, balancing business value, technical feasibility, risk, and resource considerations.
- Drive stakeholder adoption of new solutions while ensuring compliance with controls, audit requirements, and governance standards.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automation Business Analyst or similar role supporting automation delivery.
- Experience partnering with multiple stakeholder groups, including Finance, IT, Compliance, Controls, and external vendors.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, user story development, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting automation, digital transformation, system implementation, or process improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize opportunities, manage competing priorities, and confidently challenge assumptions when needed.
- Proficiency with process mapping, data analysis, and reporting tools such as Visio, Power BI, Excel, process mining platforms, and automation technologies such as UiPath, Alteryx, Power Platform, or similar solutions.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Finance processes within a shared services, global business services, or multinational environment.
- Exposure to AI-enabled technologies, intelligent automation, process mining, or digital transformation programs.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification.
- Agile delivery experience.
- Experience with UiPath tools such as Orchestrator, Task Mining, Cartographer.
Poland Pay Ranges:
- Poland: zł173.300 - zł288.900 PLN Annual
