Director, Staff Scheduling Technology
Lead the technology that powers how Mayo Clinic’s workforce is scheduled
Build the future of workforce scheduling
At Mayo Clinic, scheduling technology is more than an operational tool—it is essential to ensuring the right people are available in the right place at the right time to support exceptional patient care. As Director, Staff Scheduling Technology within the Office of Administrative Systems Transformation (OAST), you will shape the enterprise strategy, platforms, services, and teams that enable scheduling across one of the world’s leading healthcare organizations.
This is a rare opportunity to lead at the intersection of healthcare operations, workforce strategy, and enterprise technology. With significant responsibility for UKG and integrated technologies, you will modernize the scheduling experience, simplify complex work, strengthen platform reliability, and use automation, analytics, and innovation to deliver measurable value for staff, leaders, and the patients they serve.
Your leadership will influence how work is designed, how teams are supported, and how Mayo Clinic prepares its workforce for the future, at enterprise scale.

Vendor and strategic partner leadership
- Build strong executive relationships with technology vendors and strategic partners.
- Hold partners accountable for product performance, service, innovation, contractual commitments, and roadmap delivery.
- Represent Mayo Clinic’s enterprise requirements and influence vendor product direction.
