About the Opportunity
Help support and evolve the Microsoft 365 services that underpin ASC's collaboration and productivity. Reporting to the ICT Manager - Operations & Service Delivery, you'll play a key role in administering and enhancing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, ensuring a secure, reliable and user-focused modern digital workplace experience
What you’ll be doing
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, ensuring secure, reliable and effective platform performance across the organisation.
- Manage system configuration, updates, patching and user access across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and related services.
- Monitor platform health and proactively investigate and resolve issues impacting users and business operations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users, helping them maximise the value of Microsoft 365 tools and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams on platform improvements, documentation, projects and continuous service enhancement initiatives.
About You
You're a customer-focused technology professional who enjoys improving how people connect, collaborate and work. With strong technical capability and a proactive mindset, you'll be comfortable troubleshooting complex issues, engaging with stakeholders and contributing to the ongoing evolution of a modern digital workplace.
- Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 technologies within an enterprise environment, with strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and related services.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues while maintaining a strong focus on user experience and service delivery.
- Experience managing security, access controls and compliance requirements within cloud-based environments.
- A collaborative approach, coupled with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, allowing you to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- Organised, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement, with a genuine interest in enhancing the digital workplace experience for end users.
- This reads more naturally and feels more like a contemporary advert rather than a list disguised as paragraphs.
Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
Whilst ASC will accept all applications for this role, as this role requires an ability to access protected US defence technology, applicants holding nationality of certain foreign countries will not be eligible.
