Key Responsibilities- Analyse existing IT managed service contracts, service catalogues and operational responsibilities.

- Facilitate workshops to define future-state service requirements and delivery models.

- Develop business, functional and non-functional requirements to support the RFP process.

- Define measurable service outcomes, SLAs, KPIs and supplier evaluation criteria.

- Identify opportunities for automation, AI augmentation and service optimisation.

- Assess service boundaries, internal capabilities and opportunities for outsourcing or insourcing.

- Document current-state and future-state processes, dependencies and service requirements.

- Support supplier evaluation, clarification activities and requirements traceability.

Key Skills & Experience- Proven Business Analyst experience across enterprise IT environments.

- Strong background in IT Managed Services, IT outsourcing or ITSM transformation.

- Experience developing requirements for RFPs, RFQs or technology sourcing initiatives.

- Understanding of IT service delivery models, SLAs, KPIs and vendor management.

- Experience with current-state analysis, gap assessments and future-state operating models.

- Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and documentation skills.

- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT service management practices.

- Exposure to automation, AI-enabled services or IT operating model transformation is highly regarded.
