ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a fintech team delivering enterprise software deployments for large mortgage servicers. You will take ownership from understanding customer operations through platform configuration and adoption, helping turn complex workflows into measurable business results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead enterprise deployments from initial workflow discovery through configuration, adoption, and outcome measurement.
- Visit customer sites to observe operations, analyze data, and solve practical business problems.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate legacy workflows into scalable software solutions.
- Make informed decisions in ambiguous situations where each customer deployment brings different challenges.
- Develop playbooks, tools, and processes to make future deployments faster and more scalable.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Three to eight years of professional experience, including at least three years working in the United States.
- Experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or a high-growth startup, with a track record of owning substantive work and delivering outcomes.
- Experience creating playbooks, tools, or processes from the ground up.
- Fluency with AI tools and coding agents, and experience applying them in day-to-day work.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, and data warehousing is valuable.
- Strong ownership, sound judgment, and comfort working through ambiguity; a record of sustained tenure is preferred.
- Willingness to travel domestically approximately 10% to 20% of the time.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $140,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
Hybrid, based in San Francisco, California, with a 3 to 4 day in-office schedule. New York is also listed as a work location.
