Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to resolve issues promptly. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, providing product information, and managing customer accounts to deliver exceptional service experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Maintain and update customer accounts and records with relevant data
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been satisfactorily resolved
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in a customer service role or related field
